Our Classes

Our gym offers cheer and tumbling classes for all skill levels, focusing on strength, technique, flexibility, and confidence. Our experienced coaches provide safe, fun instruction to help athletes master new skills and grow as a team in a supportive environment. Classes are month-to-month and you may register at any time! Tumbling tots

Little Dreamers is for athletes 18 months-3 years. Parents may assist their child in this class if needed. Class consists of a fun warm-up, dynamic circuit, and free play. Each class is 45 minutes.

Big Dreamers is for athletes 3-5 years working on level 1 skills: rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, etc. Class consist of warm-up, differentiated stations, and cool down stretching. Each class is 60 minutes.

Intro to Tumbling is suitable for all athletes in grades K-6 working on level 1 skills: rolls, cartwheels, handstands, etc. Class consist of warm-up, differentiated stations, and cool down stretching. Each class is 60 minutes.

Limbers & round-offs

This class is ideal for students grades K-8 working on level 1 skills: round-offs, front limbers, back limbers, etc. Class consist of warm-up, differentiated stations, and cool down stretching. Each class is 60 minutes.

teen DREAMERS

This class is ideal for students 12 years and older. Class consists of warm-up, differentiated drills, and cool down stretching. Ideal for athletes newer to tumbling, but beneficial for all level 1 tumblers. Each class is 60 minutes.

This class is ideal for students grades K-8 working on level 1.5 skills: cleaning all level 1, back walkovers, front walkovers, connected skills, etc. Class consist of warm-up, differentiated stations, and cool down stretching. Each class is 60 minutes.

This class is ideal for students grades K-8 working on level 2 skills: cleaning all level 1, back handsprings, front handsprings, connected skills, etc. Class consist of warm-up, differentiated stations, and cool down stretching. Each class is 60 minutes.
